Jean-Georges welcomes you to abc kitchens, his first-ever Brooklyn restaurant, located across from the historic Jane’s Carousel on the iconic Dumbo waterfront at Empire Stores. Our seasonally driven menu brings together the best of abc kitchens’ approach to farm-fresh fare, abcV’s innovative plant-based dishes and abc cocina’s global flavors, unifying Jean-Georges' celebrated New York ‘trilogy’ all under one roof.

Our industrial waterfront space features a commanding peninsula bar wrapped in pink lava stone and topped with rose quartz, and a collection of specially selected contemporary and vintage design pieces to tempt the eye. At the heart of the restaurant is a pair of historic stone walls, built from remnant stone slabs from the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge, with a newly-commissioned stained glass window filling the space between. These anchor a central glass enclosure houses a retail space selling vintage glassware, tableware and fresh florals by day, and transforms into a whimsical private dinner scene by night.
